This Cookie Policy explains how SabKi Sawari uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website. Our mobile application does not use browser cookies but may use equivalent device-level identifiers as described below.

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, to remember your preferences, and to provide information to the website owner. Cookies cannot run programs or deliver viruses to your device.

Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and device identifiers used in mobile apps. This policy covers all such technologies we use.

2. Cookies We Use

The public website uses minimal, purpose-specific storage and optional marketing measurement:

• Cookie preferences: sks_cookie_consent in your browser's local storage. It stores your explicit advertising choice (granted or denied) so we respect your decision on return visits. You can change or withdraw this at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in the website footer.
• Meta Pixel & advertising cookies: Optional marketing measurement via Meta Pixel (such as the _fbp cookie). Meta Pixel and its associated cookies or scripts load only after you grant explicit marketing consent. If you decline or withdraw consent, Meta Pixel is completely disabled, no tracking scripts are loaded, and no marketing events are sent, either from your browser or from our server (see the Privacy Policy for the server-side "Lead" event sent only with consent).
• Anonymous browser ID: sks_client_id in your browser's local storage. It is a random value created only when you send a route suggestion, so we can count one suggestion per browser for each route. It contains no name, phone number, account or advertising data, and clearing your browser's site data deletes it.
• Google reCAPTCHA v3: loaded only when you open the Suggest a Route form, to check that the request comes from a person and not an automated program. Google may set its own cookies and receives device and browser information, under the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
• Language choice: sabkisawari_language in your browser's local storage, saved only when you choose English or Urdu with the language switch, so that the next time you open the home page from outside this website (for example by typing sabkisawari.com or using a bookmark) it opens in that language, and so that the wallet top-up return page is shown in that language. Pages opened by their own address always keep the language of that address. It holds only the language (en or ur), and clearing your browser's site data deletes it.
• Temporary interaction state: browser features may retain short-lived state required for navigation, forms or accessibility.

The mobile app uses separate device technologies, including authentication storage, FCM push tokens and optional diagnostics, as described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Why We Use Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Remember your cookie preferences and consent choices
• Measure marketing campaign effectiveness via Meta Pixel, only when you provide explicit consent
• Count route suggestions without counting the same browser twice
• Protect the route suggestion form from automated abuse
• Remember the language you chose
• Support core website interactions

4. Managing Cookies

You can control cookies and marketing consent at any time:

• Use the Cookie Preferences button in the footer to review, grant, or revoke advertising consent at any time
• View cookies that are stored and delete them individually
• Block cookies from specific websites or block all third-party cookies
• Clear all cookies and local storage when you close your browser

You can delete stored local data at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

For the mobile app, location and notification permissions are controlled through your device settings.

5. Third-Party Cookies

Our fonts are served from our own website. The website uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which do not set cookies, to count visits and measure page speed. The website also connects to Google reCAPTCHA when you open the Suggest a Route form (see section 2). With your explicit consent, it loads Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms, Inc. to measure advertising effectiveness. Meta processes information under its own Privacy Policy. If advertising consent is not granted or is withdrawn, Meta scripts and cookies are entirely disabled.

We do not sell your personal browsing data to any third party.
