Create Account
Register as a Vehicle Owner in the SabKi Sawari app or partner portal.
Register Van
Submit vehicle registration details, number plate photo, and select amenities.
Assign Driver
Assign an onboarded verified driver or submit credentials for Self-Drive.
Fleet Review
Our team reviews the vehicle papers and documents before the vehicle goes live.
Publish Trips
Schedule intercity departures and start receiving passenger reservations.

Valid Computerized National Identity Card (front and back photos).
Contact Details
Active mobile phone number and Google account for trip updates.
Vehicle Papers
Valid registration document, registration number, color, and seat count.
Vehicle Photo
Clear front photo showing number plate and general vehicle condition.
Passenger Van
Commercial passenger van (such as Toyota Hiace or equivalent).
Vehicle Facilities
Equipped with at least 3 of the 10 approved vehicle comfort amenities.

To qualify for intercity passenger van trips on SabKi Sawari, every vehicle must provide at least three of the following amenities:
