Account Deletion

SabKi Sawari respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request account deletion, what actually happens to your data, and what we are required to retain.

1. How to Delete Your Account

You can request account deletion in two ways:

Before submitting a deletion request, please ensure you have no active or upcoming bookings. We recommend cancelling any pending bookings before requesting account deletion.

2. What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted

Account deletion is processed by our support team, not performed instantly by you. Once processed:

This is an account deactivation and data-anonymization process, not a physical erasure of every record. To support the retention obligations in Section 3 below and to allow SabKi Sawari to restore an account that was deleted in error or through a dispute, your account information is not immediately purged from our systems when a deletion is processed – it is deactivated and hidden from view. Restoring a deleted account is only possible through our support team, is not guaranteed, and may be subject to a restoration fee shown in the app at the time of the request. If you want your account permanently gone with no possibility of restoration, say so explicitly in your deletion request and we will note that preference.

3. What We Retain

Certain data may be retained after account deletion where needed for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, accounting, or regulatory obligations:

4. Effect on Active Bookings

If you have active or upcoming bookings at the time of your deletion request:

5. Driver Accounts
